Meet Jessica....Jessica qualified from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2011. She remained in London for several years, developing her clinical skills across a diverse range of practices, from high-needs community dentistry to prestigious private and specialist clinics. This broad experience gave her the confidence to treat patients from all walks of life and reinforced her belief that excellent dental care should be accessible to everyone.

In 2015, after becoming a busy working mum, Jessica relocated to Salisbury in search of a better balance between family life and her professional ambitions. She chose to work as an independent dental locum, providing care across practices throughout the South of England. Working in so many different environments allowed her to build lasting relationships with respected clinicians while gaining invaluable insight into the challenges many patients face when trying to access dental care.

During this time, one question kept returning:

Why couldn't dental care come to the patient?

Whether caring for elderly residents in care homes, supporting busy professionals, or helping people whose health or mobility made travelling difficult, Jessica recognised that traditional dental services weren't meeting everyone's needs.

After researching UK regulations, connecting with the growing community of mobile dental professionals, and working closely with an experienced business coach, she transformed that idea into reality. In 2025, Dental Care 2 U was founded with one simple mission:

To bring safe, compassionate dental care directly to the public.

Jessica is passionate about education as well as patient care. Between 2019 and 2025 she proudly served on the Committee of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT), helping to organise educational events and industry partnerships for dental professionals across the UK.

She also volunteers with Dentaid, supporting the BrightBites school programme and clinical outreach initiatives, and is a member of the British Society of Gerodontology, reflecting her commitment to improving oral health for older adults.

More recently, Jessica has been appointed as a Clinical Trainer for NSK, one of the world's leading manufacturers of dental equipment—the same trusted technology used throughout Dental Care 2 U. She is also the author of an upcoming practical guide designed to help dental professionals successfully navigate the world of locum dentistry.

Thanks to her extensive experience working across numerous practices, Jessica has built an exceptional network of trusted clinicians. This means that when specialist or more complex treatment is required, patients can be confidently referred to highly respected dentists and specialists, ensuring continuity of care and the very best outcomes.
